Activity: (i) fundamental and application research in the field of electric engineering; (ii) engineering, probes, measurements, expertise in laboratory, pilot stations and field; (iii) technological development in the field of recycling and processing of industrial waste and ecological rehabilitation; (iv) elaboration of technical and economical norms of national interest for assuring the fundamental needs in the field of electric engineering; (v) elaboration of strategies, technical assistance and consulting in the field of electrical engineering; (vi) information, documentation and personnel training in the field of electric engineering.
