The submissions have to contain the following data:

Proposals institution
Project abstract (maximum 500 characters)
Description (PDF file not longer than two pages), which includes: Company name (and website), Name of contact person, Postal address, Phone number, and e-mail address.
Abstract:
The project supports the creation and development of the NEM National Mirror Groups collaborative framework, which will allow:
roadmapping for convergence of NEM areas across the EU;
co-ordination with related National R&D Programmes, implementation of NEM Strategic Research Agenda, elaboration and implementation of National Strategic Research Agendas, projects and initiatives;
achieve alignment between the National R&D Strategies of the members states and the NEM Strategic Research Agenda;
making easier the creation of ad-hoc consortia for projects development;
enhancing NEM members’ capacity to develop projects related to financing opportunities (other than FP7, such as: National R&D Programmes, CIP Programme, EU Structural Instruments, eTEN, Safer Internet Plus, bilateral / regional programmes, etc.).
